Shine Theory:It's our time to shine—together!

We started our conversation off the right way - by talking about the Shine Theory*. The concept is based around the idea that 'I don’t shine if you don’t shine'. t is all about collaborating and not competing with others, especially other women.

We applaud that at mtiv8! Shine Theory rocks! We have seen first hand how when Shine Theory is used it is so easy to eliminate jealousy, nastiness and hatred.  It’s about befriending other females and supporting, encouraging them rather than being jealous, or hating them because of their accomplishments.

School, university and the workplace are tough places for girls and women to succeed, so instead of competing for those female roles in school, at university, or in the workplace, let’s team up. Let’s create even more female roles!

Being around positive women, and women who are powerful, and successful will only make you a better person yourself. Be inspired by these women, let them be a role model, and better yet, let yourself become a role model for those who are not yet as confident or self-assured as you have become.

Be there for each other, for other girls and women-be a shoulder to lean on. Positivity breeds positivity! Get behind one another-back each other up!

Remember-when you shine, we all shine! Rise up together!
